 We Build Small Business Websites.com will create a website suitable for your business, non-profit organization, family or personal sites.   Your website should enhance your current marketing medium.  The structure of your website will be determined by the nature of your business (products vs Service).   Depending on the website package you choose,  we may visit your store to take photos of your products, staff and storefront. We strive to make your site with unique characteristics so you don’t become another template site  on the internet.

OUR 4 STEP APPROACH TO BUILDING YOUR WEBSITE
Before we start your website – we will need to set up an email address for you if you do not have one.  The majority of  our correspondences will be via email.  From start to finish most sites take an average 2 weeks to complete if you provide the information timely.

You do not have to get internet service to own a website or get an email address.  You can access your website and email at your local public library for free, however it will be more convenient to invest in your own internet service.   Please check  providers in your area to find the right service.  We will not recommend any particular service to you but we suggest that you ask trusted friends or relatives about getting internet service in your area.  Your local phone company is usually a good place to start.

STEP 1 – Consultation for First Draft
Our designers will consult with you by telephone to get all the necessary information required to establish a first draft.  You will be required to have the following information available.

• Domain Name Information ([if you do not have one OR if you do not know what a Domain is - we will gladly assist you with that]
• Your Business information [name,full address, bio of business, services or goods  you  provide, owner(s)  name(s) ]
• Submit Photos of your products or List of your services
•  Select from our samples
• FOR CUSTOM ONLY - Provide the addresses (URL)  of 3 sites that you like and what you like about these sites.  (It is not ethical or legal to copy somone’s site exactly – we  need this information to get a  sense of your style).

STEP 2 -Review Draft

•  We will submit  drafts to you by email within 2 – 10 days depending on the complexity of your site.
•  Review and Reply by email with any errors, ommissions or changes that you need within 2 days.
  (Please adhere to the timelines in order for us to service you well)  
•   Provide details for your logo design- if your package  includes a custom logo

STEP 3 – Final Site

• We will edit and update your site for publication within 2- 10 days after receiving your FINAL draft.  For very complex sites such as e-commerce, small product catalog site (most sites – won’t be) please allow 14 additional days.
• We will send you a – Congratulatory Email - with your site link. 
• Visit your new website – send links to your friends and customers.  
• Your business can now be of being seen by millions of internet users worldwide – you now officially own your piece of the WWW.  This brings us to the LAST step…HOSTING.

 STEP 4 – HOSTING your site

• Owning your website is very similar to owning real estate property in one main regard – you will have to pay a fee similar to  taxes (yes that dreaded word).  This fee is for hosting  and maintaining your site.  This fee is required to keep your site online for visitors to access.  These fees fortunately are not nearly as high at your taxes they start at $9.99 per month.   Please click here to see our hosting and maintenance fees.
